Rory Bradshaw
ABOUT

Whether he's teaching yoga to men in prison, helping stressed CEOs find balance through his men's community, or inspiring others across his 200K+ online community, Rory aims to help as many men as possible understand how to nourish their minds and bodies properly.

Blending his expertise in yoga, running, and strength training with a passion for electronic music, mindfulness, and adventure, Rory offers a contemporary and realistic approach to wellness that resonates with many. His innovative work has attracted collaborations with leading brands such as On, Holland & Barrett, CALM, Garnier, Stanley, and Great Northern Railway, and he serves as an official On Partner.

Alongside his best friend Ant, Rory co-founded PILLA, a groundbreaking men's wellbeing community reimagining men's health. PILLA's events—rooted in movement, mindfulness, and connection—reflect Rory's holistic philosophy. Since 2023, the community has hosted hundreds of events across London, including contrast therapy, meditation, yoga classes, hikes, and immersive day retreats.

Rory's keen to broaden the definition of masculinity, and what it means to be a man in 2025. Sharing his more sensitive side, from encouraging other men to talk with one another about their feelings to sharing his skincare routine, he is creating safe spaces online and IRL where like-minded men can come together, away from toxic and stereotypical behaviours and outdated models of masculinity. His approach has been celebrated in GQ, Business Insider, Men's Health, and FAULT.

However, Rory's trajectory has been built consciously. While his online profile soars, since 2014, Rory has worked and volunteered within prison, school and community settings, to support and bring hope to marginalised young people and adults, including running a youth service for hundreds of young people at Carney's Community, between 2017-2022.

Most notably, Rory has been teaching weekly yoga in men's prisons since 2019 and currently heads a transformative programme at HMP Brixton. His unique teaching style helps incarcerated individuals develop self-understanding, break harmful patterns, and cultivate inner peace. Extending his support, all his prison students receive free access to PILLA community events, ensuring continued personal growth post-release.

In recent years, Rory has expanded his impact through short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. His viral videos—garnering millions of views—aim to equip men worldwide with practical tools for mental and physical wellness, connecting and inspiring global audiences to become their best selves.

Outer Projects & Laura Coates
ABOUT

Outer Projects (formerly Outsiders Community) is an outdoor collective based in the Peak District. From sending it on the decks in the Salomon tent at Love Trails Festival to hosting community hikes, trail runs, wellness retreats and climbing weekends, they’re all about connecting people through nature, movement, and music.

Laura Coates is a dynamic yoga teacher with a strong emphasis on movement and mobility, dedicated to helping her students build strength and flexibility through creative and challenging practices. After completing her yoga teacher training with the Peaceful Warriors in Canggu Bali, Laura developed a teaching style that incorporates powerful sequences and innovative transitions, all set to an energising soundtrack that enhances the overall experience.

Her classes are designed to push boundaries and encourage students to explore their physical capabilities. Laura believes that movement should be both fun and challenging, and she skillfully integrates various techniques to keep students engaged and motivated. The creative flow of her sessions not only promotes mobility but also empowers participants to embrace their strength and improve their overall fitness levels.

In addition to her adult classes, Laura is passionate about introducing children to the joys of movement through yoga. Drawing on her background as a primary school teacher, she creates playful and energetic sessions that invite kids to explore their bodies and express themselves. By fostering creativity and encouraging physical activity, she equips children with skills that support their mental and emotional well-being. With her high energy, upbeat attitude and focus on movement, Laura aims to inspire all her students to challenge themselves, embrace their power, and experience the transformative benefits of yoga through music and movement.
